3 Age Verification & KYC Process

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Taka Win:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before a match begins are subject to pre-match odds.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Taka Win reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be refunded unless the league rules state otherwise.
• Placing conflicting bets ("arbing") on the same event is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or inaccurate information.

• Match fixing or taking advantage of any form of illegal benefit.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any software or system on the platform.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Cheating or harassing other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Taka Win may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

To close your account voluntarily, please contact support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Inactive accounts may be charged a ৳50 inactivity fee per month, deducted from the account balance.
